Adolescents are faced with many stressors and can easily become overwhelmed in the demands of life. Come learn how to help your child. Through mindfulness practice, connection, and resiliency we will explore evidence based practices to best support your teen.

Courtney E. Battista (Gregory) LPC LCADC ACS earned a MA and EdM in Psychological Counseling: Mental Health and Wellness from Columbia University in New York, NY. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor in New Jersey. The majority of her experience is with adolescents and young adults. She has worked at various levels of care to include inpatient rehab, outpatient mental health/substance abuse programs, and outpatient therapy.
