Sr. High YOUth Fall Leadership Retreat

WHO: All Youth in 9th – 12th Grade are invited and encouraged to participate. Friends are welcome!
WHAT: Join us for a FUN, INTERACTIVE time, while growing in faith, participating in the high ropes course and climbing wall, signing up for leadership roles within YOUth group, and planning our fall calendar.
WHEN: Saturday, September 9 at 1 pm through Sunday, September 10 at 11 am
NOT ABLE TO ATTEND ENTIRE RETREAT? That’s okay. This retreat center is 10 minutes from BRPC so your parents can drop you off at the retreat center later, or pick you up earlier, if needed. Just mark your hours on the form or call Cathi to discuss options (908)-240-2060.
WHERE: Fellowship Deaconry, 3575 Valley Road, Liberty Corner – sleeping in bunk beds in youth building
PURPOSE: To bond as a youth group, to welcome new youth, to share ideas for the fall, to strengthen our faith in God, to give you an opportunity to be a leader, and to have lots and lots of fun!
Return: Sunday morning. We’ll eat breakfast and then head to BRPC in time for the 9:30 am Fall Kick-Off Worship Service. Pick up is at 11 am at the church house parking lot.
MEALS: Dinner and Breakfast will be provided by the retreat center.
COST: $50.00 per person. (Financial aid is available).

 Refillable Water Bottle
 Basic Toiletries
 Socks, underwear, etc.
 Towels for shower
Do Not pack food in luggage. All snack food must stay in kitchen and not in the bedrooms.
 Football, Frisbee
 Rain gear (if needed)
 Favorite Board Game
 Guitar or instrument for singing
 Dessert, drink or snack to share
 Flip Flops for the shower
Medications: Please let Cathi know at start of retreat of any prescription medication(s) you are bringing. You may keep your own medication. If you need help to remember to take them, feel
free to ask for help.
