The new Presbyterian hymnal, Glory to God, will be dedicated at both worship services on March 13. This hymnal contains over 800 hymns, songs, chants, and Psalms for worship. The hymns include older hymns not in our previous hymnal, new hymns written for 21st century Christians, contemporary style songs, Gospel songs and Spirituals, chants from the ages and also from the Taizé and Iona communities, as well as the core of favorite hymns that the Church has sung for generations. Work on this hymnal began in 2006.

In a first, the hymnals are also available as an app for Apple iPads in several different versions!

These new hymnals, donated by members of the congregation, will be used for many years in our congregation’s worship.
