In response to the horrendous violence at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando Florida [and too many other places and times], over 100 people of Christian, Jewish, and Islamic faiths gathered together to light candles and pray for healing and peace on Wednesday evening. Many of the churches in the area were represented as well as B’nai Israel and the Islamic Society of Basking Ridge. Abhorring the violence, we will continue to pray and act knowing that those things which unite us are far stronger than those which divide. Thank you to all who attended.
