Our 2015 Lenten Offering will go to support the Axaycatl Women’s Collective of Maysaya, Nicaragua. Through our association with Peaceworks we are excited to be part of this new partnership supporting women’s organizations. In particular this group works with abused woman to provide counseling, job training, micro-loans and income through its two sewing cooperatives. We have a long history with Peaceworks and hope to support this new mission group as they continue to grow in their ability to serve women in need.
