What are you doing this summer? Would you like to join a team to serve the people of La Union, Ecuador?  BRPC is sending a mission team to work in Ecuador from June 26 to July 2, 2016.  This will be our seventh trip to Ecuador, and the third trip to work in La Union, a severely impoverished island barrio in the Guayas River.

We have continued to serve the people of La Union since the 2014 mission trip by providing and training all the families in the use of Sawyer Water Filters; providing 2 nurses to run the health clinic we built in 2014; and the building of a community education center, that was completed in October and is in full use.

We are currently working with Hogar de Cristo to on a project which will bring sanitation to La Union through supplying and building of 20 ecological, composting toilets.  Our core work will continue to be building simple cane houses for families as well as working in these other projects.

If you enjoy hard work, fulfilling service and working with people and are interested in joining the team, please email or call Judy or Michael Pasnik.
